Langenhagen – The WAGNER Group GmbH once again reports a successful fiscal year. Despite a persistently challenging market environment, a weak global economy, and rising labor, material, and transport costs, the company achieved consolidated total performance of EUR 152 million in fiscal year 2024/25, thereby once again meeting its 10 % growth target. With this result, WAGNER continues to pursue its strategic growth path WAGNER.2026 consistently.
Significant investments during the past fiscal year – in particular, in the expansion of new locations in Europe and the Middle East, in digital processes, and in the company’s new online presence – have further advanced WAGNER’s strategic internationalization and long-term competitiveness. These measures are strengthening the Group’s market position sustainably. The current export ratio stands at around 51 % and continues to rise. In parallel, WAGNER is driving forward technological innovation through its strong focus on research and development.
Over the past year, WAGNER was once again recognized as one of Germany’s TOP 100 Innovators in innovation management. On the product side, the company successfully launched the CO2-neutral OxyReduct® F-Line fire prevention system and received FM Approvals certification for the OxyReduct® system. This globally recognized seal of quality confirms the highest standards in performance, safety, and reliability, and opens the door to new markets and customer segments for WAGNER technology. In addition, the company obtained ISO 27001 certification, the internationally recognized standard for information security management systems (ISMS) – underscoring that WAGNER not only stands for reliable fire protection but also for the protection of sensitive information.
Shareholder and Managing Director Dipl.-Ing. Torsten Wagner expressed his appreciation for the commitment of all employees: “Success is, and always will be, a team effort. The expertise, dedication, and daily engagement of our employees worldwide form the foundation of our progress. It is inspiring to see how we, as one team, are bringing our WAGNER.2026 strategy to life.
