Langenhagen. WAGNER successfully concluded fiscal year 2025/26 despite a challenging market environment. With consolidated total operating performance of EUR 158 million, the company once again recorded year-over-year growth.
As it marks its 50th anniversary, WAGNER is sharpening its strategic direction for the future. For fiscal year 2026/27, the company expects a further increase in total operating performance and will continue pursuing sustainable, profitable growth.
The positive result was driven in particular by the strong business performance of several domestic and international companies. It underscores WAGNER’s position as one of the leading providers of innovative fire protection solutions. At the same time, the company’s international focus remains a key growth driver: exports accounted for approximately 50 percent in the reporting year. WAGNER also continued to expand its workforce, further strengthening the foundation for future growth. Ongoing investment in qualified professionals remains a key element of the company’s strategy.
