Responsibilities for Service and Project Engineer (Offshore) at WAGNER NL:
  • Supervise installation and commissioning
  • Perform detailed documentation to track development of execution
  • Review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer software
  • Develop installation and testing processes, and oversee installation and testing
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams; work with vendors, contractors and inspectors
  • On-site project management to ensure project timeline is met and project stays within schedule up to project acceptance
  • Perform service visits and annual maintenance on offshore windenergy platforms
  • Support the colleagues working in the land-based projects team where possible 
Qualifications for Service and Project Engineer (Offshore) at WAGNER NL:
  • Technical education (intermediate, MBO) in electrical engineering (or in a related field)
  • Experience as a service engineer in technical projects
  • Ideally experience in the field of fire detection and gas extinguishing technology (Inert Gas, water/foam deluge systems, Fire Detection systems)
  • Offshore safety certifications (or willing to get these certifications)
  • Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
  • Willing to frequently travel to international projects and offshore windenergy platforms
  • Based in Netherlands (optional: Europe) with valid employment status
  • Strong written and spoken language skills in English. Dutch preferred.
  • Must be self-motivated and a great team worker
